Tenth Doctor: Blue Suit

Well, it's been awhile since I've posted any art...again...but I'm fixing that, starting with this pic! Just a little something I whipped up, took me about an hour and a half. This is the blue suit version, I've done a corresponding brown suit version which I will post shortly.
